Emily Rose Lingerie hopes that you will be pleased with your purchase and guarantees all lingerie for six months from date of purchase, provided that the washing instructions and care guide have been followed. If any item proves to be faulty we are happy to offer a complete refund or exchange.

RETURNS POLICY

If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/shorts etc are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is clear that this has not been done.
UK returns need to be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order. (21 days for orders shipped to addresses outside the UK ).
A freepost returns label is enclosed with your items.
Please note that the postage element (if any) of an order is non refundable. Where an item is exchanged it will be dispatched to you free of charge.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.

GOODWILL RETURNS

We may offer "goodwill" exchanges (i.e. where there is no legal right to a refund or exchange under the Distance Selling Regulations or otherwise) for instance if the wrong size was purchased.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for an exchange
Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
Please note that postage and packaging charges are not refundable, however you will not be required to pay further postage charges for the exchange product.
